Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and Nagawins as the digital entertainment platform provider ("Company"). Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at Nagawins. Creating multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of reason — is a policy violation and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The information requested includes your full legal name, date of birth, active email address, and reachable phone number. This information will be used for account verification, communication, and other administrative purposes.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential — including your username and password. Nagawins will never ask for your password through any communication channel. General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are valid for one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.

General rules that apply to all game types:

• Bets confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled.
• If a technical disruption occurs during gameplay, nagawins reserves the right to cancel and refund any unresolved bets in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Any discrepancy between results displayed on screen and those recorded on the server will be resolved based on the server record, which is considered the authoritative data.
• For sports betting, the applicable odds are those confirmed at the time the bet is placed — any change in odds after confirmation does not affect existing bets.

Prohibited Conduct

• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using programs, scripts, or automated tools to play, place bets, or interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage, particularly in multiplayer games.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder funds derived from illegal activities.
• False Identity: Registering or operating an account using another person's identity information.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access systems, databases, or other users' accounts without authorization.

Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and nagawins. On the platform side, we implement 256-bit SSL encryption, unauthorized access detection, and two-factor authentication that you can enable at any time from your account settings.

On your end as a member, the following steps are strongly recommended:

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

• Enable two-step verification (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Always log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

Limitation of Liability

Nagawins is not liable for:

• Losses due to internet connection disruptions on the user's end.
• Losses arising from gameplay decisions made knowingly by the member.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized use of account credentials due to the member's failure to keep their information confidential.
• Losses due to force majeure — including natural disasters, infrastructure outages, or unforeseen disruptions caused by third parties.

In the exceptional event that Nagawins is proven liable for a member's loss, our financial liability shall not exceed the available balance in your account at the time of the incident.

Account Suspension and Closure

Nagawins reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• A violation of one or more clauses of these Terms and Conditions has been found.
• Self-exclusion request from the member in question.
• Suspicious or unusual activity has been detected that requires further investigation.
• Order from a competent legal authority.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

For voluntary account closure, members may contact the support team at any time. Any remaining balance after all rollover obligations are met will be returned to the registered payment method.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Nagawins reserves the right to revise, add, or remove sections of these Terms and Conditions at any time as required by operational needs, regulatory changes, or service improvements. Any changes will be communicated through:
